Bacon Pineapple Sweet and Sour Chicken
3lb bag of bonless skinless chicken tenderloins or breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1 package real bacon bits
1 16oz can chunk pineapple (reserve juice)
3 Tbsp dried parsley
1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
chop and steak grinder (from Aldi's)
2 16oz jars sweet and sour sauce
olive oil
start cooking chicken in olive oil (I use my wok). Add parsley, garlic, and onion and grind chop and steak seasoning. Once chicken is cooked, drain liquid if there is a lot. Add bacon bits and chunk pineapple with half the juice...stir over med heat for about 3 min. Add both jars of sweet and sour sauce and let simmer about 5 min.
Serve over white rice!
Enjoy :)
